Passionné par l'univers des maquettes cinéma et leurs créateurs, le réalisateur publicitaire américain Berton Pierce présentera le 6 mai au Sci Fi Festival de Londres son documentaire sur le sujet.
Commercials director Berton Pierce is a true lover of model making in films. He has just completed a documentary about the the most famous artists behind these effects. Sense Of Scale will play at the SCI FI LONDON film festival on May 6th.
For this documentary, the director has travelled from Los Angeles to Berlin and San Francisco to London and met 27 of the most famous artists as Greg Jein, Lorne Peterson, Pat McClung... for exclusive interviews about their Art.
Pour son documentaire, le réalisateur s'est rendu à San Francisco, Berlin, Los Angeles et Londres. Il a notamment interviewé Simon Weisse qui a plusieurs fois travaillé en France comme par exemple sur La Cité des Enfants Perdus.
A noter qu'après sa projection en mai, le doc devrait être commercialisé en DVD au tarif annoncé de 20$ environ. Cliquer sur la photo ci dessous pour en visionner la bande annonce sur YouTube.
